This Friday, September 19, CCHS students will be participating in the Tri-School Terry Fox Walk. We will leave by bus from CCHS to Horace Allen School at approximately 11:00. This event will begin at HAS with a short assembly starting at 11:30, followed by a short community walk through Coleman with all K-12 students. Once the walk is complete, we will return to CCHS by bus and continue through to the the regular school dismissal at 1:30.
Parents and Guardians are welcome to join for the walk - we will be walking from HAS at approximately 11:45, just following the assembly.
If your student will not be returning to CCHS following the walk - if you are picking them up from the Terry Fox Walk, or if you are giving them permission to walk home following the event - please contact the school in advance (the sooner the better) and we will excuse them for the remainder of the day EMAIL PREFERRED - s-cchs@lrsd.ab.ca or 403-563-5651
As this is a school event, students are not permitted to drive to the Terry Fox Walk - any CCHS students attending this event are required to take the bus
